Chicken shepherd's pie.

Ingredients

Method:

  1. Cook the spring onion and carrot in some oil
  2. Mix often and continue cooking
  3. Add the garlic and continue cooking for about one minute
  4. Add the wine and let it evaporate
  5. Add the flour, sage and stock
  6. Once the sauce thickens, mix in the chicken and peas you just cooked
  7. Place the mix in the tray
  8. Add mashed potatoes to the surface
  9. Cook for around 30 minutes
