Drumsticks bil-lumi, larinġ u l-għasel
Lemon, orange and honey drumsticks
Ingredients
- Drumsticks, 5
- A little oil
- Onions, 2
- Garlic cloves, 4
- White wine, one cup
- Orange, 1, juiced
- Lemon, 1, juiced
- Ketchup, half cup
- Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp
- Honey, 1 tbsp
- Peppercorns, whole, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Method:
- Place the onions at the bottom of a dish and lay the drumsticks on top.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture on the drumsticks and cook in the oven.
- Flip the drumsticks half-way through and continue to cook until golden.
