Chicken casserole.
Ingredients
- Chicken breast, 500g
- Onion, one
- Garlic cloves, 3
- Ginger, some
- Curry, 1 tbsp
- Carrot, one
- Peas, some
- Mushroom
- Stock, some
- Wine, one cup
- Rosemary, some
- Tomatoes, some
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
- Cook the onion.
- Add the garlic, ginger, rosemary, curry, salt and pepper, carrot, mushroom and peas.
- In the same pot, cook the chicken breast.
- Add the stock and wine.
- When the stock starts to decrease, add the tomatoes and cook for around five minutes.
