Chicken breast with olives and bacon

Ingredients

• Chicken breast
• Olive mix, 4 tbsps
• Bacon, 8 pieces
• Garlic cloves, 2
• Cherry tomatoes, 250g
• White wine, 100ml

Method:

1. Heat the oven to 220C
2. Spread the olive mix onto the chicken breast
3. Roll the bacon around the chicken breast
4. Place the chicken breast on a dish and add the garlic and tomatoes
5. Before placing in the oven, add ssome salt, pepper and the wine
