Baked pasta with chicken and bacon

Ingredients

Method:

  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. Fry the onion and bacon. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, fry the chicken breast, which has been cut into cubes.
  4. Add the garlic, mushrooms and tomato.
  5. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour. Mix in the stock and milk.
  6. Add the cheddar cheese to the sauce.
  7. Mix in the pasta, bacon, onion and chicken mix.
  8. Mix in the rest of the cheddar cheese and sprinkle the mozzarella on top.
  9. Cook in the oven for around 20 minutes.
