Baked pasta with chicken and bacon

Ingredients
- Dry pasta, a cup and a half
- Onion, one
- Bacon, 60g
- Chicken breast, 350g
- Garlic cloves, two
- Mushroom, 100g
- Butter, 60g
- Flour, 38g
- Chicken stock, 1.5 cups
- Milk, one cup
- Grated cheddar, 100g
- Mozzarella, 60g
- Fresh tomato, half cup
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
- Cook the pasta.
- Fry the onion and bacon. Set aside.
- In the same pan, fry the chicken breast, which has been cut into cubes.
- Add the garlic, mushrooms and tomato.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour. Mix in the stock and milk.
- Add the cheddar cheese to the sauce.
- Mix in the pasta, bacon, onion and chicken mix.
- Mix in the rest of the cheddar cheese and sprinkle the mozzarella on top.
- Cook in the oven for around 20 minutes.
